"Kirk Douglas is a legend and a gentleman.
On arrival in Jaipur airport India for the shoot, we were waiting
to be picked up. His limousine pulled up, the Location Manager
opened the car door for him and closed the door after him. Kirk
opened the door from inside and asked, 'What about Albert?'
'Oh, we'll pick him up later, sir', said the Manager.
'Oh no', Kirk retorted, 'he's coming with me' and ushered me into
the car. How many Hollywood stars would do that?"
